Day 1 Arrive in Ho Chi Minh

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, our friendly driver will greet you at the terminal and warmly welcome you to begin your exciting adventure in Vietnam. You will be transferred to your hotel for check-in (standard check-in time: 14:00). After settling in, enjoy some free time to explore the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of Ho Chi Minh City at your own pace.

Day 2 Cu Chi Tunnel and Mekong Delta Tour (Lunch)

After breakfast, depart from your hotel at around 07:30. Begin your day with a drive of approximately 1.5 hours to reach the historic Cu Chi Tunnels, a vast underground network used during the Vietnam War. Upon arrival, receive a brief introduction followed by an informative documentary showcasing the construction and strategic significance of the tunnels. Explore the Cu Chi Tunnel System Venture into the preserved sections of the tunnels and discover key wartime features including: • Living quarters and kitchens • Weapon storage and factories • Field hospitals and command bunkers • Camouflaged trap doors and booby traps Experience the reality of guerrilla warfare and try a taste of the guerrilla diet: traditional tea and boiled cassava. Journey to the Mekong Delta – My Tho Continue your journey to My Tho, where you’ll board a local motorboat for a scenic cruise along the mighty Mekong River. Enjoy stunning views of the river's famous islets: Dragon Island, Unicorn Island, Phoenix Island, and Turtle Island. Highlights on Unicorn Island: • Visit a local bee farm and sample honey tea, rice wine, and banana wine • Enjoy a rowboat ride through peaceful coconut canals • Observe the daily life and culture of the Mekong villagers • Stop at a coconut candy workshop in Ben Tre • Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a local riverside restaurant • Visit a tropical fruit orchard and taste seasonal fruits while listening to traditional Southern music After a full day of exploration, return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City around 18:30–19:00. Day 3 Ho Chi Minh – Phu Quoc + Grand World Tour (Dinner)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Ho Chi Minh Airport. Upon arrival at Phu Quoc Airport, you’ll be greeted by our driver and transferred to your hotel for check-in (standard check-in time: 14:00). 15:00 – Phu Quoc Exploration Tour Begins Get picked up from your hotel and begin your scenic journey through South Phu Quoc’s iconic attractions, including: • Bamboo Legend – Discover local craftsmanship and cultural art • Contemporary Art Urban Park – A creative space blending art with nature • Four-Season Urban Park – A modern public park perfect for photos and relaxation • Stroll through the colorful streets of Miniature Venice, inspired by Italian charm • Enjoy a romantic Gondola river cruise, offering a European-style experience in Vietnam • Relax on the beach and admire a stunning sunset view (drinks available at your own expense) 18:00 – Dinner Time Enjoy a flavorful Vietnamese dinner at a local restaurant. 20:00 – Live Cultural Show Experience “Quintessence of Vietnam,” a live performance that brings the country’s traditions to life through music, dance, and storytelling. 21:30 – Multimedia Show: Charm of Venice Enjoy free time to witness the spectacular multimedia show “Charm of Venice,” filled with lights, fountains, and music. Return to your hotel around 22:30 for an overnight stay.

Day 4 Day 4: 3-Island Speed Boat Tour (Lunch)

After breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel around 08:00 for an exciting island-hopping adventure. 08:30 – Start the Island Adventure Begin your tour with a visit to a local Pearl Farm to learn about the pearl cultivation process and shop for souvenirs. Boarding the Speed Boat – Cruise Begins Depart for the stunning An Thoi Archipelago. On the way, enjoy scenic views of the turquoise waters and picturesque islets. Snorkeling & Sea Adventures: • Stop 1 – Roi Islet: First snorkeling session with an optional Sea-Walking Experience (USD 55/person). • Stop 2 – Gam Ghi or May Rut Isle: Second snorkeling session to explore coral formations and marine life. • Stop 3 – Mong Tay (Fingernail) Islet: Free time for swimming, relaxing, or taking photos. Lunch & Relaxation Enjoy a delicious lunch on May Rut Trong or Fingernail Islet, served in a relaxed island setting. Return to your hotel around 15:30 and unwind for the evening.

Day 5 Phu Quoc – Da Nang

After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Our driver will transfer you to Phu Quoc Airport for your domestic flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival at Da Nang Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our driver and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Spend the evening at leisure exploring the local surroundings or relaxing at the hotel.

Day 6 Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge Tour (Lunch)

After breakfast, your day begins between 07:30 – 08:00 with a hotel pick-up for your trip to Ba Na Hills. 09:30 – Arrival at Ba Na Hills – Cable Car Experience Enjoy a ride on the world-famous Ba Na cable car system, holding several world records. Explore Key Attractions: • Golden Bridge: The iconic hand-held bridge appearing to float among the clouds. • Le Jardin D’Amour (The Garden of Love) • Linh Ung Pagoda: Home to a 27-meter Shakyamuni Buddha statue. • French Village: A replica of a European town with cobblestone streets, Luna Castle, Helios Waterfall, BaNa Brew House, and more. 12:00 – Buffet Lunch at Mountain-Top Restaurant Enjoy a buffet featuring local and international dishes. Afternoon Fun at Fantasy Park: Explore a world-class indoor amusement park featuring the Fairy Forest, Dinosaur Park, 3D cinema, and thrilling rides. Return to your hotel by 17:30 and relax for the evening.

Day 7 Da Nang – Hanoi

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, your driver will transfer you to your hotel for check-in and relaxation. Enjoy the evening at leisure to explore Hanoi’s streets, cafés, and local markets.

Day 8 Halong Bay 5-Star Cruise (Lunch)

Between 08:00 – 08:45, depart from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter for the drive to Halong Bay via the expressway (approx. 2.5 hours). 11:45 – Arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor – Cruise Check-In Board your luxury cruise and enjoy a welcome drink. 12:30 – Vietnamese Lunch on Board Dine on traditional Vietnamese dishes while cruising past limestone karsts and emerald waters. 14:00 – Explore Bo Hon Island – Sung Sot Cave Visit Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, the largest and most beautiful in Halong Bay. 14:45 – Kayaking or Bamboo Boat Ride at Luon Cave Experience a peaceful lagoon surrounded by towering cliffs. 15:15 – Visit Ti Top Island Swim on the beach or hike to the viewpoint for panoramic photos. 16:30 – Sunset Party on the Cruise Relax on deck with tea, wine, and fruits as the sun sets over the bay. Disembark at 18:15 and return to Hanoi, arriving around 21:00. Overnight in Hanoi.

Our Policy

1. Rates and Availability

Flight and hotel rates are subject to availability at the time of final booking confirmation.

Quoted rates for flights, hotels, and other services are valid only for the specified time period and may vary thereafter.

2. Payments

100% payment is mandatory for issuing air tickets.

A minimum of 25% payment is required to confirm your land package. The remaining balance must be cleared by the specified due date.

Delayed payments may result in booking cancellations or revised rates, for which the agency will not be held responsible.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of flights, hotels, or other services will be as per the respective provider’s (airline, hotel, or vendor) policies.

The agency’s service charge is non-refundable and applies to cancellations of packages, hotels, flights, cruises, buses, taxis, activities, and other bookings.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service fees, and timelines may vary depending on the service provider.

Special Note for Murmansk Peak Season: During the Northern Lights and winter peak season in Murmansk, all tours and services are strictly non-refundable once booked. This is due to the region’s economy being highly dependent on seasonal tourism, where service providers operate with limited capacity. Travelers are requested to plan and confirm carefully, as no refunds or adjustments will be possible under any circumstances. And for another region it is partially refundable if possible.

4. Itinerary and Amendments

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, government regulations, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Tripoholidays reserves the full right to modify or substitute any service or activity if deemed necessary for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.

Once the itinerary is finalized, no amendments—including changes to travel dates, timings, or inclusions—will be entertained from the client's end.

All images used in the itinerary are for illustrative purposes only. Services or attractions shown will be included only if explicitly mentioned in the inclusions.

5. Travel Conditions

Any change in the number of travellers (PAX) will affect the overall cost.

Peak season surcharges (e.g., Christmas, New Year, public holidays, special events) are applicable and must be borne by the travelers.

6. Hotel Policies

Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability unless pre-booked and paid in advance.

The bed configuration in the hotel room, for example, a single double bed or two twin beds, etc., is subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

Hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card. This will be refunded at checkout after settling incidental charges.

7. Additional Charges

Any extra expenses caused by natural calamities, airlines or flight delays, political unrest, or other situations beyond the agency’s control must be borne by the travelers.

Price fluctuations in flights, hotels, or packages due to delayed payments or changes in travel requirements will be the traveller’s responsibility.

8. Visa and Documentation

Visa processing is subject to embassy rules and regulations. The agency is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or related issues.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, and other documents are valid and comply with the entry requirements of the destination country.

9. Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the package unless explicitly stated. Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, or loss of belongings.

10. Liability and Responsibility

The agency acts only as an intermediary between the travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.) and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these providers.

The agency will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to natural disasters, government restrictions, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.

11. Exclusions

Any service not specifically mentioned in the inclusions is excluded from the package.

Personal expenses (such as meals, beverages, laundry, phone calls, and tips) are not included unless stated otherwise.

12. Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking and making payment, the traveller acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Cancelation Policy

Refundable and non-refundable component
- More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount
- 60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost
- 45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost
- 30 – 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost
- 14 – 06 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost
- 06 – 01 days before the tour: No Refund.

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.
A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.
Tripoholidays retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.
The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
