Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Berlin

Reach the Berlin Airport. We will greet you with our driver/tour guide. You will be given a private transportation to your hotel. Obtain a hotel room. Take it easy for the remainder of the day. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 2 Berlin to Amsterdam 2nd Class Ticket

After having Breakfast. Catch your train to Amsterdam. Your our night stay at Amsterdam Hotel. Your day will be free explore city on you own.

Day 3 Day Trip Keukenhof Gardens with Windmill Cruise

Start your day with a healthy breakfast at the hotel,

And explore the one of the lowest points in the Netherlands, Warmond, is home to 60% of Holland's windmills, and we spend 60 minutes touring them as part of our tour. We travel to the lowest regions of the nation from Amsterdam, where we see operational windmills that give both Dutch and foreign guests dry feet. Get moving and have fun! A trip of the most exquisite spring garden in the world is available from Holland, a partner of Keukenhof. We travel to Keukenhof in an opulent coach from Amsterdam, returning to the city every half an hour by Hop on Hop off buses.

Day 4 Amsterdam: Zaanse Schans, Edam, Volendam & Marken Bus Tour

After having your breakfast at the hotel

Explore the bus tour from Amsterdam, which takes you to Zaanse Schans, Edam, Volendam, and Marken. The tour takes you to admire the windmills of Zaanse Schans, where you can witness a clog-making demonstration and taste Edam and Gouda cheese. The tour then takes you to Edam, a town known for its cheese, where you can taste it and witness a clog demonstration. The tour then continues to Volendam and Marken, passing authentic polders, narrow streets, colorful houses, and harbors filled with fishing boats. You'll have free time to shop for souvenirs and sample local fish specialties. The tour ends back in Amsterdam.

Day 5 Amsterdam to Paris 2nd Class Train Ticket

Prepare and continue with the hotel's breakfast (time based on your train). Hotel check-out time is 12:00 if you're an international guest. After being moved to the train station, you will depart for Paris.

Day 6 Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off + Seine River Cruise + 2nd Level Eiffel Tower

After breakfast at the hotel, explore Paris at your own pace with a 24-hour ticket, including a cruise along the Seine River. Day 7 Disneyland tickets and shuttle transport

Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then, hop on board the Disneyland Paris Express shuttle bus for a magical day out that the whole family will love. Day 8 Paris to Basel Train Ticket + Swiss Pass

Day 9 Mount Titlis Excursion using your Swiss pass.

The tour begins with breakfast at the hotel and then heads to Mt. Titlis, Switzerland. The tour includes a 2 hour ride on the TITLIS Rotair cable car to the summit station, followed by a spectacular suspension bridge at 3,041 meters above sea level. The TITLIS Cliff Walk, the highest suspension bridge in Europe, is 20 minutes long. The Ice Flyer chair lift takes you over the glacier world, with some crevasses up to twenty meters deep. The tour also includes a visit to the Titlis Glacier Cave, a 150-meter-long walkway that descends ten meters below the glacier's surface. The cave is home to up to 5,000 years-old ice and offers a cool experience with a frosty -1.5˚C temperature inside. The tour lasts for 15 minutes. The TITLIS tour is a must-see for anyone interested in glacier experiences.

Day 11 Visit Rhine Falls + Chocolate Museum With Swiss Pass

This tour begins with breakfast at the hotel and takes you through the picturesque village of Stein am Rhein, the largest waterfall in Europe. The journey includes stops at the Rhine Falls, Schloss Laufen, and the wine-growing region of northern Switzerland. The tour includes a panoramic lift ride with stunning views of the falls and an optional boat excursion. You'll also visit SchaDhausen, known for its Munot Fortress. The journey ends with a walk around Stein am Rhein, featuring towers, town halls, armoury, half-timber frame homes, city gates, and medieval buildings.

Day 13 Burano, Murano, & Torcello Boat Tour

This all-day boat excursion visits the well-known islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello in Venice and includes a real glassblowing demonstration in Murano. Learn about the islands from your host and go out on your trip from St. Mark's. Spend thirty minutes exploring the old city before traveling to Murano, where you'll see a professional glassblower demonstrate his craft and get a brief history lesson. Take advantage of a 20% discount at the glass factory and have some free time to explore.

See lace artisans in action and sample the local biscotti on your next trip to the neighboring island of Burano. Take a bite to eat and discover their special talent. Lastly, go to Torcello, where you may see the Bell Tower, Attila's Throne, the Devil's Bridge, and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. Go back to Venice at last for a stunning vista of the Venetian lagoon.

Day 14 Departure


Depending on the time of your flight, breakfast at the hotel. Check out of the hotel (check-out time is midnight internationally). One day before the transfer, we will notify you of the special pick-up time (usually three hours before your flight ). In the hotel lobby, meet your driver for a private trip to the airport. (Distance is approximately one hour; varies on traffic and road conditions).

Our Policy


1. Rates and Availability

Flight and hotel rates are subject to availability at the time of final booking confirmation.

Quoted rates for flights, hotels, and other services are valid only for the specified time period and may vary thereafter.

 

2. Payments

100% payment is mandatory for issuing air tickets.

A minimum of 25% payment is required to confirm your land package. The remaining balance must be cleared by the specified due date.

Delayed payments may result in booking cancellations or revised rates, for which the agency will not be held responsible.

 

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of flights, hotels, or other services will be as per the respective provider’s (airline, hotel, or vendor) policies.

The agency’s service charge is non-refundable and applies to cancellations of packages, hotels, flights, cruises, buses, taxis, activities, and other bookings.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service fees, and timelines may vary depending on the service provider.

Special Note for Murmansk Peak Season: During the Northern Lights and winter peak season in Murmansk, all tours and services are strictly non-refundable once booked. This is due to the region’s economy being highly dependent on seasonal tourism, where service providers operate with limited capacity. Travelers are requested to plan and confirm carefully, as no refunds or adjustments will be possible under any circumstances. And for another region it is partially refundable if possible.

 

4. Itinerary and Amendments

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, government regulations, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Tripoholidays reserves the full right to modify or substitute any service or activity if deemed necessary for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.

Once the itinerary is finalized, no amendments—including changes to travel dates, timings, or inclusions—will be entertained from the client's end.

All images used in the itinerary are for illustrative purposes only. Services or attractions shown will be included only if explicitly mentioned in the inclusions.

 

5. Travel Conditions

Any change in the number of travellers (PAX) will affect the overall cost.

Peak season surcharges (e.g., Christmas, New Year, public holidays, special events) are applicable and must be borne by the travelers.

 

6. Hotel Policies

Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability unless pre-booked and paid in advance.

The bed configuration in the hotel room, for example, a single double bed or two twin beds, etc., is subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

Hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card. This will be refunded at checkout after settling incidental charges.

 

7. Additional Charges

Any extra expenses caused by natural calamities, airlines or flight delays, political unrest, or other situations beyond the agency’s control must be borne by the travelers.

Price fluctuations in flights, hotels, or packages due to delayed payments or changes in travel requirements will be the traveller’s responsibility.

 

8. Visa and Documentation

Visa processing is subject to embassy rules and regulations. The agency is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or related issues.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, and other documents are valid and comply with the entry requirements of the destination country.

 

9. Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the package unless explicitly stated. Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, or loss of belongings.

 

10. Liability and Responsibility

The agency acts only as an intermediary between the travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.) and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these providers.

The agency will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to natural disasters, government restrictions, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.

 

11. Exclusions

Any service not specifically mentioned in the inclusions is excluded from the package.

Personal expenses (such as meals, beverages, laundry, phone calls, and tips) are not included unless stated otherwise.

 

12. Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

 

13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking and making payment, the traveller acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

 

 

Cancelation Policy

  • Refundable and non-refundable component

    • More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount
    • 60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost
    • 45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost
    • 30 – 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost
    • 14 – 06 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost
    • 06 – 01 days before the tour: No Refund.

Payment Policy

  • The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.
  • A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.
  • Tripoholidays retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.
  • The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
