Day 1 Istanbul Arrival & Bosphorus Dinner Cruise

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, your guide will warmly welcome you with a ''WELCOME TO TURKEY'' sign. After a swift name check, your guide will escort you to your transfer vehicle for the journey to your hotel, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Following check-in at the hotel, prepare for an enchanting evening on the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise. Sail through the Marmara Sea, taking in the iconic Bosphorus Bridge connecting the Asian and European sides of Istanbul. While enjoying the mesmerizing view, savor a delectable dinner served by a professional team. Throughout the cruise, you'll be entertained by captivating performances including Sword Dance, Turkish Gypsy Dance, Belly Dance Shows, a Whirling Dervish Show, and a lively DJ Performance. After this unforgettable experience, you'll be transported back to your hotel, filled with memories of a magical evening on the waters of Istanbul.

Day 2 Bursa Tour

Day 2 of your adventure unfolds with a Bursa Tour, commencing from your hotel pickup by your guide and driver. The itinerary features Yalova, reached via a scenic ferry ride, and the Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami), a historic landmark of Bursa. Ascend Mount Uludağ through a thrilling Cable Car Ride for sweeping vistas. Enjoy leisure time atop Uludag Mountain before delving into Bursa's cultural riches at the Silk Market, offering silk products and traditional crafts. Explore the bustling Bursa Grand Bazaar for souvenirs and spices, including legendary Turkish Delight. Conclude your day with a transfer back to your hotel, cherishing newfound treasures and memories.

Day 3 Istanbul Departure - Cappadocia Arrival

Bid farewell to Istanbul as you check out from your hotel by the international check-out time of 12:00 PM. Your transfer details will be provided one day in advance, typically four hours before your flight departure. Meet your transferman/driver in the hotel lobby for a private transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away, subject to traffic conditions.
Upon arrival at Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport in Cappadocia, you'll be greeted by your welcoming guide or driver. They will assist you to your transfer vehicle for a private journey to your Cappadocia hotel, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on road conditions and traffic. Check-in at the hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure, exploring the charms of Cappadocia at your own pace.

Day 4 Cappadocia North Tour

Begin your exploration with the Cappadocia North Tour as you're picked up from your hotel by your driver and guide. Discover captivating destinations including Goreme Esentepe for a panoramic view of the town and its iconic fairy chimneys. Marvel at the unique three-headed fairy chimneys of Pasabag, also known as Monks Valley, with its stunning earth pillars reminiscent of a vineyard landscape. Next, venture into the surreal landscape of Devrent Valley, characterized by its small, pointed fairy chimneys that create an almost lunar atmosphere. After immersing yourself in the natural wonders, visit the Avanos Pottery Workshop in the small town of Avanos. Learn about the town's terracotta industry dating back to 3000 BC and witness skilled artisans crafting pottery from clay sourced from the nearby Red River. Conclude your tour with a transfer back to your hotel, enriched with the beauty and craftsmanship of Cappadocia.

Day 5 Cappadocia Departure

Start your day with breakfast at your hotel, depending on your flight timing. Check out by the international check-out time of 12:00 PM. Your transfer details will be provided one day in advance, typically three hours before your flight departure. Meet your driver at the hotel lobby for a private transfer to Kayseri or Nevsehir airport, approximately 1 to 1.5 hours away, subject to road conditions and traffic. Bid farewell to the enchanting land of Cappadocia as you head towards your next destination, filled with memories of its captivating landscapes and rich cultural heritage.

  • Flight & Hotels rates are subject to availability on the day of actual booking confirmation
  • Hotel / Flight rates are valid for only a specific time.
  • If those hotels we are giving you it sold out we'll provide you similar Hotel.
  • Cancellation of Flight tickets is as per airline policy.
  • 100% Amount is mandatory to issue an Air Ticket.
  • 50% Amount is mandatory to book your land package
  • Travel Agency Service cost will be charged on cancellation of the package, hotel, flight, cruise, bus, taxi, activities etc
  • All refund and cancellation policies are as per the travel agency. - Itinerary may be subject to change due to climatic conditions or other reasons.
  • Any change in No. of Pax will attract a change in cost.
  • Christmas/New Year/Peak season surcharge may apply to be borne by the traveller
  • An itinerary will be Fixed No Amendment in date/time allowed.
  • The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.
  • Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.
  • A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.
  • Anything not mentioned in the above inclusions.

  • If you will not pay your instalments on the given date after that if any fluctuations in the Flight rates or any booking failure may occur so we are not responsible for that.
  • Visa Confirmation will depend on the Embassy.

  • If any country asks about city tax or tourism fees you need to pay direct at the hotel
  • If any Traffic jam or any Natural calamities happen during your trip, we are not responsible for that.
  • You need to clear full payment before departure for domestic tours.
  • You need to clear full payment 20 days before you depart For International Tours.

Cancelation Policy

  • More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount
  • 60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost
  • 45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost
  • 30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost
  • 14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost
  • 6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

  • The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.
  • A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.
  • Tripoholidays retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.
  • The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
