Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Istanbul – Evening Bosphorus Dinner Cruise

When you arrive at either Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, you'll spot your friendly guide holding a "WELCOME TO TURKEY" sign. After confirming your name, your guide will escort you to your transfer vehicle. Then, you'll meet your driver and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel, which typically takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at your hotel, you'll check in (usually after 2:00 PM), and the rest of the day is yours to relax and settle in.

Day 2 PRINCES' ISLAND TOUR

Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel to begin the Princes' Island tour. The tour includes visits to Buyukada, Kinali Ada, and Burgazada, which are part of the picturesque archipelago in the Marmara Sea. Breakfast will be served at your hotel before departing. Lunch will be served onboard as you explore these islands. Upon reaching Buyukada, the largest island also known as the Prince Islands, you'll have free time for optional activities. Buyukada is rich in history, with its ancient Greek name being Prinkipos, meaning "Prince" in Greek. Kinali Ada, the closest island to Istanbul among the inhabited ones, and Burgazada, the third-largest of the Prince Islands, will also be explored. Optional activities on the islands will be available for you to enjoy. After the tour, you'll be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 3 Bursa City Tour – Dinner Cruise

Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel to begin your Bursa City tour. Enjoy a fulfilling day as we provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the tour. You'll visit Yalova, offering picturesque views during the ferry ride from Istanbul, and explore Munira Shopping Mall for Turkish delights and souvenirs. Delight in the historic Osman Gazi Tomb, the resting place of Osman I, the first Ottoman Sultan, and admire the exquisite architecture of the Green Mosque, renowned for its intricate decorations and green tiles. Experience the thrill of a cable car ride to the summit of Mount Uludag, where you'll have free time to enjoy the surroundings. Don't miss the iconic Inkaya Tree, a symbol of Bursa's heritage. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After the tour, you'll be transferred back to your hotel. In the evening, get ready for a memorable Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, where dinner will be served onboard as you enjoy entertainment shows and soak in the stunning views of the Bosphorus Bridge, connecting the Asian and European sides of Istanbul. After the cruise, you'll be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 4 Istanbul Departure & Cappadocia Arrival

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel. It's time to check out (please note that international check-out time is usually 12:00 PM). We'll provide you with specific pick-up timings a day before your transfer, generally around 4 hours before your flight. Meet your transfer driver in the hotel lobby for a private transfer to either Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport. The journey usually takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Upon arrival at Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport, you'll be greeted by your welcoming guide or driver, who will assist you to your transfer vehicle. Then, enjoy a private transfer to your hotel in Cappadocia, which typically takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on road conditions and traffic. Check in at your hotel and the remainder of the day is yours to relax and unwind.

Day 5 Cappadocia Combined North & South Tour

After breakfast at your hotel, get ready for an exciting day ahead. Your driver and guide will pick you up for the North & South tour of Cappadocia. Prepare to visit a variety of fascinating locations, including Goreme Esentepe for a panoramic view of the stunning landscape, Pasabag Monks Valley to explore unique fairy chimneys, and Zelve Open Air Museum to wander through cave rooms in a Y-shaped valley. You'll also venture to Dervent Valley to witness enchanting scenery and Avanos to observe traditional pottery craftsmanship. Explore the Underground City, once home to thousands, and marvel at the cave houses of Cavusin Village, including the Church of John the Baptist. Don't miss Love Valley's peculiar cone-shaped formations and a glimpse of Uchisar Rock Castle from the outside, offering panoramic views. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. The tour lasts approximately 7-8 hours, giving you ample time to immerse yourself in Cappadocia's wonders. Additionally, you'll have opportunities for shopping at Leather Shops, Handicraft Potteries, and Traditional Turkish Handmade Carpet Shops for souvenirs and traditional crafts. After the tour, you'll be transferred back to your hotel to relax and unwind.

Day 6 Cappadocia Departure

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, timing dependent on your flight schedule. As international check-out time is typically 12:00 PM, prepare to check out accordingly. We'll notify you of the specific pick-up timing one day before your transfer, usually around 3 hours before your flight. Meet your driver in the hotel lobby for a private transfer to Kayseri or Nevsehir airport. Depart for your onward journey with memories of your enchanting Cappadocia experience.

Our Policy


1. Rates and Availability

Flight and hotel rates are subject to availability at the time of final booking confirmation.

Quoted rates for flights, hotels, and other services are valid only for the specified time period and may vary thereafter.

 

2. Payments

100% payment is mandatory for issuing air tickets.

A minimum of 25% payment is required to confirm your land package. The remaining balance must be cleared by the specified due date.

Delayed payments may result in booking cancellations or revised rates, for which the agency will not be held responsible.

 

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of flights, hotels, or other services will be as per the respective provider’s (airline, hotel, or vendor) policies.

The agency’s service charge is non-refundable and applies to cancellations of packages, hotels, flights, cruises, buses, taxis, activities, and other bookings.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service fees, and timelines may vary depending on the service provider.

Special Note for Murmansk Peak Season: During the Northern Lights and winter peak season in Murmansk, all tours and services are strictly non-refundable once booked. This is due to the region’s economy being highly dependent on seasonal tourism, where service providers operate with limited capacity. Travelers are requested to plan and confirm carefully, as no refunds or adjustments will be possible under any circumstances. And for another region it is partially refundable if possible.

 

4. Itinerary and Amendments

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, government regulations, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Tripoholidays reserves the full right to modify or substitute any service or activity if deemed necessary for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.

Once the itinerary is finalized, no amendments—including changes to travel dates, timings, or inclusions—will be entertained from the client's end.

All images used in the itinerary are for illustrative purposes only. Services or attractions shown will be included only if explicitly mentioned in the inclusions.

 

5. Travel Conditions

Any change in the number of travellers (PAX) will affect the overall cost.

Peak season surcharges (e.g., Christmas, New Year, public holidays, special events) are applicable and must be borne by the travelers.

 

6. Hotel Policies

Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability unless pre-booked and paid in advance.

The bed configuration in the hotel room, for example, a single double bed or two twin beds, etc., is subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

Hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card. This will be refunded at checkout after settling incidental charges.

 

7. Additional Charges

Any extra expenses caused by natural calamities, airlines or flight delays, political unrest, or other situations beyond the agency’s control must be borne by the travelers.

Price fluctuations in flights, hotels, or packages due to delayed payments or changes in travel requirements will be the traveller’s responsibility.

 

8. Visa and Documentation

Visa processing is subject to embassy rules and regulations. The agency is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or related issues.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, and other documents are valid and comply with the entry requirements of the destination country.

 

9. Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the package unless explicitly stated. Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, or loss of belongings.

 

10. Liability and Responsibility

The agency acts only as an intermediary between the travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.) and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these providers.

The agency will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to natural disasters, government restrictions, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.

 

11. Exclusions

Any service not specifically mentioned in the inclusions is excluded from the package.

Personal expenses (such as meals, beverages, laundry, phone calls, and tips) are not included unless stated otherwise.

 

12. Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

 

13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking and making payment, the traveller acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

 

 

Cancelation Policy

  • Refundable and non-refundable component

    • More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount
    • 60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost
    • 45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost
    • 30 – 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost
    • 14 – 06 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost
    • 06 – 01 days before the tour: No Refund.

Payment Policy

  • The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.
  • A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.
  • Tripoholidays retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.
  • The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
