When you arrive at the Azerbaijan International Airport, a friendly tour guide will be there to greet you. They will then take you to your hotel in Baku, where you'll check in and settle into your room. You have the rest of the day to relax or explore the city at your own pace. You'll spend the night in Baku, resting up for the next day's activities.

Begin your exploration with a satisfying breakfast at the hotel, gearing up for an enriching day ahead. Our first destination is the Gobustan State Historical and Cultural Reserve, a treasure trove of ancient history located southwest of Baku. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of archaeology as you discover over 6,000 rock carvings dating back thousands of years. From there, we'll journey to witness Azerbaijan's famous Mud Volcanoes, a captivating natural phenomenon abundant in the region. Marvel at these unique geological formations and learn about their intriguing properties. Continuing our adventure, we'll visit the Flame Temple, once a sacred site and now a captivating museum where you can delve into its rich heritage. Next, we'll head to Fire Mountain on the Absheron Peninsula, where natural gas flames continuously blaze, offering a mesmerizing spectacle. Finally, our day concludes with a visit to the iconic Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by the renowned architect Zaha Hadid, known for its striking architecture and cultural significance. Prepare for a day filled with discovery and wonder as we explore Azerbaijan's archaeological marvels and natural wonders.

After a satisfying breakfast, we start exploring Baku's Old City, where we find ancient treasures like the Maiden Tower and the impressive Palace of the Shirvanshahs, both recognized by UNESCO. We then visit historic sites like the Juma Mosque, Caravanserais, and Bath houses, each telling stories from the city's past. Continuing our journey, we go to the Museum of Miniature Books to see tiny but fascinating literary works. After a relaxed lunch, we explore Azerbaijani carpet art at the National Carpet Museum and take a stroll through the charming area known as Little Venice.
For some excitement, we ride the Ferris Wheel, enjoying breathtaking views of the city. Later, we find peace in the lush Philharmonia Garden and soak up the lively atmosphere of Nizami Street. Our day ends at Fountains Square, a bustling spot where we enjoy dinner before heading back to our hotel. With our hearts full of memories, we eagerly look forward to more adventures in this dynamic city.

After breakfast, we start our day with a visit to peaceful "Nohurgol" Lake, surrounded by green forests. You can relax here and even go for a boat ride. Then, we're off to Tufandag, which has the world's longest cable car. You can see beautiful views of Gabala's mountains, perfect for skiing or just enjoying the scenery.
Next, we'll visit Gabalaland, the first theme park in Azerbaijan. It's a fun place for young people with activities like go-karting and ice skating. After a day full of excitement, we'll head back to Gabala for the night. We'll rest and remember all the fun we had exploring Gabala's nature and enjoying its entertainment.

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel before checking out. You'll then be transferred back to Baku. Once we arrive, we'll check in to the hotel and rest overnight.

After breakfast at the hotel, we'll meet in the lobby to start our journey to Shahdag, which will take about 3 hours. When we get there, we'll have lots of fun things to do at Shahdag Mountain Resort. It opened in 2012 and is set in the beautiful Greater Caucasus mountains near Shahdag National Park. You can try skiing, snowboarding, and other cool activities.
Shahdag is the biggest ski resort in Azerbaijan and has plans for fancy hotels, golf clubs, and cozy cottages. The winter season runs from December to April, depending on how much snow there is. After an exciting day in the mountains, we'll head back to Baku to relax and get ready for our next adventure.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, it's time to check out. Once you've gathered your belongings, we'll arrange for your transfer to the Azerbaijan International Airport, ensuring you reach your departure on time.

Availability
Flight and hotel
rates are subject to availability at the time of final booking confirmation.
Quoted rates for
flights, hotels, and other services are valid only for the specified time
period and may vary thereafter.
2. Payments
100% payment is
mandatory for issuing air tickets.
A minimum of 25%
payment is required to confirm your land package. The remaining balance must be
cleared by the specified due date.
Delayed payments
may result in booking cancellations or revised rates, for which the agency will
not be held responsible.
3. Cancellation
and Refunds
Cancellation of
flights, hotels, or other services will be as per the respective provider’s
(airline, hotel, or vendor) policies.
The agency’s
service charge is non-refundable and applies to cancellations of packages,
hotels, flights, cruises, buses, taxis, activities, and other bookings.
Refunds, if
applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service
fees, and timelines may vary depending on the service provider.
Special Note for
Murmansk Peak Season: During the Northern Lights and winter peak season in
Murmansk, all tours and services are strictly non-refundable once booked. This
is due to the region’s economy being highly dependent on seasonal tourism,
where service providers operate with limited capacity. Travelers are requested
to plan and confirm carefully, as no refunds or adjustments will be possible
under any circumstances. And for another region it is partially refundable if
possible.
4. Itinerary
and Amendments
The itinerary is
subject to change due to weather conditions, government regulations, strikes,
or any unforeseen circumstances.
Tripoholidays
reserves the full right to modify or substitute any service or activity if
deemed necessary for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.
Once the itinerary
is finalized, no amendments—including changes to travel dates, timings, or
inclusions—will be entertained from the client's end.
All images used in
the itinerary are for illustrative purposes only. Services or attractions shown
will be included only if explicitly mentioned in the inclusions.
5. Travel
Conditions
Any change in the
number of travellers (PAX) will affect the overall cost.
Peak season
surcharges (e.g., Christmas, New Year, public holidays, special events) are
applicable and must be borne by the travelers.
6. Hotel
Policies
Standard hotel
check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or
late check-out is subject to availability unless pre-booked and paid in
advance.
The bed
configuration in the hotel room, for example, a single double bed or two twin
beds, etc., is subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.
Hotels may require
a refundable security deposit at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card.
This will be refunded at checkout after settling incidental charges.
7. Additional
Charges
Any extra expenses
caused by natural calamities, airlines or flight delays, political unrest, or
other situations beyond the agency’s control must be borne by the travelers.
Price fluctuations
in flights, hotels, or packages due to delayed payments or changes in travel
requirements will be the traveller’s responsibility.
8. Visa and
Documentation
Visa processing is
subject to embassy rules and regulations. The agency is not responsible for
visa rejections, delays, or related issues.
Travelers are
responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, and other documents are
valid and comply with the entry requirements of the destination country.
9. Insurance
Travel insurance
is not included in the package unless explicitly stated. Travelers are strongly
advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies,
cancellations, or loss of belongings.
10. Liability
and Responsibility
The agency acts
only as an intermediary between the travelers and service providers (airlines,
hotels, transportation, etc.) and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or
defaults of these providers.
The agency will
not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to
natural disasters, government restrictions, technical issues, or other factors
beyond its control.
11. Exclusions
Any service not
specifically mentioned in the inclusions is excluded from the package.
Personal expenses
(such as meals, beverages, laundry, phone calls, and tips) are not included
unless stated otherwise.
12.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes or
legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New
Delhi, India.
13. Acceptance
of Terms
By confirming the
booking and making payment, the traveller acknowledges and agrees to these
terms and conditions.
